I have gone ahead and reached out to you for your Ticket ID so I can look into this further and assist where possible. If you are happy to wait longer then your ticket would have been answered at a later date. Please note: this is not required by our customers and is sold as an added extra. Regarding your comments about having to pay $3 for your ticket to be looked at - I believe what you may be referring to here is our fast track system, which jumps your queue position. Once your server timer hit 'soon', your server should have been activated, if this was not the case, then it is likely that your account was facing some billing issues, which could only be resolved through a customer support agent and would require further action on your end. At the start of this process, we implemented a clock device indicating to customers a rough time estimate as to when their server would activate, this is in-line with our re-stock times. Over the past week, due to COVID-19, we have had a massive increase in demand for our servers, therefore, unfortunately, we have run out of stock on a few occasions. Hello Frosttoys, I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with our service, we are constantly working on ways to make our customers experience better, however, it is clear that the mark has been missed in this situation. Dont expect anything from Shockbyte if you are shopping for a host Edit 3:a full day after ^TE "escalated" my tickets they still have not responded. PayPal resolution still has not been answered after 4 days. After I submitted my ticket ID's to their community manager nothing else happened. Edit 2: shockbyte finally reached out yesterday but only on here. Entirely a scam, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Edit: so now Shockbyte is claiming that my payment is pending when it has already been taken out of paypal and my bank account. Absolutely the worst server hosting company I have had to work with. If you do decide to risk going with Shockbyte then make sure you use PayPal so you can at least get your money back with their buyers protection. The most ridiculous part about this scam is that they require you to pay $3 CAD just for a chance that your support tickets will be read. No one is responding to the support tickets I sent in, and the live chat might as well be a bunch of bots because the only thing you will ever get is copy and pasted responses. I purchased a server 3 days ago now, and have watched its "ETA" system count from 7 hours to "soon" then 4 hours later back to 20 hours again. If Shockbyte is on anyone's shortlist of server hosts, let me help you out - use the other option. I have been charged 3 times for services I never got, and I still don't have my money back. coming from a developer, I don't care whether or not it SEEMS possible for your website to charge people for services they aren't asking for, if it CONTINUES TO HAPPEN, it seems like it's pretty possible that your website is at fault. Edit: So not only did I not get a refund after immediately cancelling my first order, Shockbyte, almost a WEEK after my cancellation, charged me another TWO TIMES for new servers that I did not ask for. Extremely disappointed with my experience and truly expected more. At this point, I want my account cancelled so that I can move to another service because I can't wait any longer, but I don't have the ability to cancel the account because even though my invoice is "paid," the account says I have no services to cancel. I even called my bank to which they told me Shockbyte already has the money. The money has already been withdrawn from my bank account. And unlike some people, I never got a notification after purchasing that Shockbyte was experiencing a high influx of traffic, or that servers were in limited stock. Live chat told me the ticket would be answered between 3 hours to 3 days, and it has now been nearly 4 days since sending in my ticket, and even responding to my own ticket asking for a response, and still nothing. Contacted support about my issue over the "live chat" who gave me no help but to send in a ticket. Next morning comes, still 4 invoices of $10, one of which lists as "paid," and no minecraft server. Since I hoped this was just a simple system error and all of my issues would be cleared up soon, I gave the issue until the next morning hoping I would have a server up by then. Decided to purchase the 4gb minecraft server plan, and the next thing I know i have 4 different invoices of $10 all due on the same day. Going into ordering my server through Shockbyte, I had already read the pretty poor reviews about a lack of timely responses from customer service, but didn't think anything of it since I rarely ever use customer service anyway.
